Bankruptcy Counseling and Education

Pre-filing Session: CCCS provides confidential, one-on-one, pre-filing bankruptcy counseling. Counseling is provided either in person or by telephone. Forms and information are available on-line. CCCS charges a counseling fee of $25.00. An appointment can be made by contacting either the Salina or Wichita office.

For your convenience, an on-line budget information form is also available. The on-line form allows you to enter your information online and forward the completed form to our office. Our office will then contact you to set up an appointment time.

Pre-discharge Class: CCCS offers Personal Financial Management Instructional Courses at its Salina and Wichita, Kansas locations. CCCS charges an instruction fee of $25.00. For information on class schedules in Salina or Wichita, making a reservation, and what you need to bring to the class, please click the appropriate location below.
